How to Order Marketing Materials
For the items marked with a * above, you can use our automated ordering system. For other items please follow the steps below.
- Determine your needs. Contact Jon Camrud, Camrud Design 303.750.6114, to discuss design, quantity and pricing.
- Gather the information you will want on your materials. All non-standard material design must be approved by Liberty Partners Financial Services Compliance Department.
- Email the information to Jon Camrud, for design.
- Camrud Design will send you a virtual proof (jpeg/pdf) of your design, that you will proof read for errors.
- To approve, your layout, you simply pay for your items. Camrud Design accepts payment in the form of checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover card, AmEx or PayPal.
Can I customize the content of print materials?
Yes, for most pieces you are free to customize. You will, however, need to go through our compliance approval process. In general, you will be approved for any items that do not make claims that are not allowed based on our affiliations with oversight organizations in the financial services industry, and do not put Liberty Partners Financial Services, LLC in a unfavorable public light.
Can I get marketing and advertising items not on the current list?
Yes, Camrud Design is a full service print and online advertising company. You are free to contract with them, or any other design service so long as you obtain approval of Liberty Partners Financial Services, LLC., prior to printing or placing advertising. Your ability to create unique items is virtually limitless, as long as you follow the compliance rules of the financial services industry.
How long does it take to print materials?
Print times vary greatly depending on the piece. The design time for custom pieces varies, and most projects take 6 business days or more to print and ship. Expedited shipping is available for extra fees. Jon Camrud can give you more accurate estimates based on your actual print order. Your best bet is to plan ahead and avoid the stress!
Can I use my own printer to have materials printed?
Yes, but your vendor must use our standardized templates and fonts for items that contain elements such as the Liberty Partners Financial Services logo. Standard items that contain stock photos are not available for use by other printers due to licensing restrictions, however your printer may substitute photos. Be sure to follow through with obtaining approval from Liberty Partners before printing.
